Order Processing and Shipping

Ground shipping is free for all U.S. orders.

All orders will be processed within 1 business day. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS. Expedited and Rush shipping — as well as international shipping — are available at an additional cost.

Returns

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt, at no cost to you for all U.S. orders.

Items returned after 30 days and up to 60 days will be eligible for store credit.  All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy.

To return or exchange and item, please email INFO@MARRISAWILSONNY.COM with your order number and request for exchange, return or store credit. Once we receive your package, we will either initiate your exchange or issue you a refund to your credit cart or a store credit number. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. For questions regarding our policies, contact INFO@MARRISAWILSONNY.COM.

Please note that Made-To-Order styles, Pre-Orders and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted in our Summer Sale are considered Final Sale. In the rare event that there is a manufacturer’s defect, please email us at info@marrisawilsonny.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Pre-Orders

We offer select items for pre-order, allowing you to reserve your favorite style at an exclusive discount. The estimated shipping date is noted on each individual item.  Although we do our best to adhere to this, estimated shipping dates on pre-orders are subject to change. 

Please note that, due to their custom production, pre-orders are not eligible for return or exchange. In the rare event that there is a manufacturer’s defect, please email us at info@marrisawilsonny.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Made-To-Order

In an effort to reduce waste, better respond to customer demand and continue offering our full extended size range, we have recently introduced our new Made-To-Order model. If you see that your size is listed as “Made to Order” it means that it has sold out, but is still available to purchase through our Made-To-Order model. Once your Made-To-Order purchase is placed, our factory will get right to work and begin custom-making your style, specifically for you. Made-To-Order styles are the exact same price as in stock styles, and also qualify for free U.S. shipping. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for custom-production of Made-To-Order styles.

Please note that, due to their custom production, Made-To-Order styles are not eligible for discounted sale pricing and are not eligible for return or exchange. In the rare event that there is a manufacturer’s defect, please email us at info@marrisawilsonny.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Final Sale

All items that are listed as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted in our Summer Sale are considered Final Sale.

International Shipping

We ship to over 30 countries, including Canada, France, Italy and the United Kingdom. The full list of countries that qualify for international shipping is available at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the United States, the billing and shipping address must be the same. Shipping will be provided via Global Express Mail through the United States Postal Service. Please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for delivery. Any delays at customs once the parcel has reached the destination country are not under our control. Please note, order modifications cannot be made after the order has been placed.

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. Any abandoned packages are at the responsibility of the customer. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Call your local customs office for details about these charges.

International orders will incur an additional shipping fee for any returns or exchanges.
